Golden Potatoes: 1 kg baby potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary
Sauce: Beef drippings, 1 cup red wine, 2 cups beef broth, 2 tbsp flour, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Roast Beef: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the beef with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 160°C (320°F) and cook for 1.5 hours or until desired doneness.
2. Yorkshire Pudding: Mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Let batter rest for 30 minutes. Heat a muffin tin with a bit of oil in each cup until smoking hot. Pour in batter and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
