The person(s) posting a picture is also under constraint to inform the administrators if there are any claim(s) against him concerning a picture he/she posted on any of Photophilya Art & Studio's walls.

§4 The person(s) posting a picture on one of Photophilya Art & Studio 's walls is fully responsible for its content and compensates the administrator for damages caused by him/her.

§5 Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
