A new project just left the atelier. 🍫

Delicious Diamonds makes handmade bonbons in Leiria, in small numbered runs — and deserved a site worthy of what it produces.

We built it all from scratch: a boutique where you compose your own coffret bonbon by bonbon, one-off commissions priced personally by the Chef, a flavour profile that reads your taste and suggests the right wine pairing, and a private invite-only circle for the house's collectors.

We built a fully interactive 3D room. In the browser. That you can redecorate.

Why? Because we could. 🤷

Meet Diorama... a little cutaway room that runs in real time. Drag the furniture around. Recolour the sofa. Turn the walls into wood slats. Swap the floor, change the rug, tint the lamp orange at 2am for no reason. Rearrange it 40 times. We won't judge.

Best part? There's nothing behind the curtain. No 3D models, no textures, no downloads: every sofa, shelf and plant is drawn from scratch in code. The wood floor, the rug, the soft shadows, the little glow on the screens... all generated on the fly.

Did anyone ask for a browser-based dollhouse? No.

Did we build it anyway? Obviously.

An isometric cutaway room, rendered in real time. Drag furniture across a snap grid, recolour every piece, re-skin the walls and floor, and swap whole moods with one click. Fully procedural — no models, no textures, no build step.

We’re currently developing the new mega-website for Delicious Diamonds - Handmade Chocolate, and one of the coolest features came from a simple idea:

What if we could help the Chef when creativity needs a boost?

That’s how our custom AI was born, a playful tool for bonbons and cakes that takes loose ideas, inspiration images, or even just a few written thoughts, and turns them into a high-quality visual concept, a possible name, a description, and even a possible recipe.

Yes… we literally built a sweet little Food AI.
And yes… we call it “the AI is a lie.” 😄 (get it? cake is a lie, cake + AI... AI is a lie? ahaha funny?)

For a brand where every chocolate and every flavour is handpicked, and every recipe is tested again and again until the final taste is perfect, this felt like a fun and very fitting experiment.

Your AI assistant won't stop you from sending the email you'll regret. So we built one that will.

Open-sourced last week: presend — an MCP server you point at any draft (email, LinkedIn post, proposal, performance review) before you hit send.

It scores it 0–10, flags the things you shouldn't have written:
🔴 implied commitments ("I'll sort it out soon")
🔴 dismissive tone ("don't worry about it")
🟡 vague timeframes, off-tone, oversharing
✅ what's actually working

Then — on request — rewrites it.

Save profiles per recipient so it grades against your boss's actual style, not a generic ideal. Boss is direct and hates fluff? Profile that. Boss is diplomatic and reads tone like a hawk? Profile that too.

Works in Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline. No API key. No telemetry. No outbound calls. The model you're already talking to does the analysis.

Built it because we kept asking Claude "is this OK to send?" three times a week. Tool-ified the habit.

Our new World Cup simulator lets you explore how a full tournament could play out using advanced simulation and probability models. You can run scenarios, test outcomes, and see how different paths unfold all the way to the final.

We turned a database into a brain. 🧠

About 500 records, every connection between them drawn as a thread, arranged in 3D by physics. Grab it, spin it, hover a node and watch its connections light up and fire like synapses. Runs straight in your browser, no install.

It started as a quick Lab experiment and we kind of fell in love with it. Tables hide how your data connects. This shows it.

Something special is almost ready. 👀

For months we've been quietly engineering the new home of Delicious Diamonds - Handmade Chocolate and it's one of the most complex builds we've ever crafted from scratch. No template, no page-builder. Every line by hand. ◆

A first look at what's running under the hood:

🔶 A taste-learning engine : the site builds a flavour profile for each client and recommends the coffret that fits them best. A recommender system, written from the ground up.

🔶 O Círculo : an invite-only membership world with tiers, members-only collections, and a private line straight to the Chef.

🔶 Build-Your-Own-Box : a live atelier configurator: compose your coffret bonbon by bonbon, with real-time allergen roll-up and engraving.

🔶 Sommelier pairings : every creation matched to its wine or spirit, down to region and vintage.

🔶 Payments, done properly : one-off boxes, bespoke, and A Carta monthly subscriptions (pause, cancel, change tier) on Stripe, with full lifecycle webhooks.

🔶 1-of-1 commissions : a client describes a dream piece, the Chef sets a price, they pay that exact quote, it becomes an order.

🔶 A Chef's command centre : a mobile, installable admin where Chef Joana changes order status and replies to members with one tap.

🔶 Plus a concierge, hand-numbered editions with verifiable certificates, gifting, Google + passwordless login, bilingual PT/EN, and a 1% climate pledge on every sale.

No sign-ups. No paywalls. Just step in.

Click the glasses to log water, scroll through the 7-day energy chart, swap the AI nudge — every suggestion ranked by evidence weight, personal delta and adherence cost, and linked back to its source paper.

But here's the twist:
We're not just sharing it… we're opening it (not all of it... but some of it - at least the ideas and some code).

This is our way of pushing wellness tech forward, by letting people actually inspect how the suggestions are made, instead of trusting a black box.
