Sleeping under the stars with your besties, discovering creepy yet beautiful caves, hiking a volcano and listening to stories about what life was like growing up as a Maasai in Suswa. Pretty much sums up my version of therapy ✨

Fun fact: The second picture is a location in the caves called Baboon parliament as it is said that if you peer down the opening in the roof early in the morning, you will find the troop’s leader perched on a pile of rocks at the centre of the chamber, seemingly addressing the rest of the troop perched on ledges high up the walls of the cave.

A metaphorical Mother Earth battles with the realities of plastic pollution inundating the Indian Ocean. Displaced from her elements in this synthetic world, she calls on us to fight. Do we have what it takes? * By 2050, there will be more plastic than fish in the sea.

We are all guilty. But we can all do something about it. What are you going to do?
