Chaghi District, home to two mega projects – Reko Diq and Saindak Gold Project – boasts immense potential for economic prosperity. However, despite these lucrative ventures, the people of Chaghi continue to grapple with the harsh realities of unemployment, inadequate education, and crumbling infrastructure.

Unemployment looms large over Chaghi, casting a shadow of uncertainty over its residents. While Reko Diq and Saindak Gold Project promise wealth and opportunities, the locals find themselves excluded from the benefits. The lack of employment opportunities within these projects exacerbates the issue, leaving many skilled and unskilled workers idle and disheartened.

Education, often considered the cornerstone of progress, remains a distant dream for many in Chaghi. The district suffers from a dearth of educational institutions, with limited access to quality schooling. As a result, the youth face formidable barriers to obtaining essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Furthermore, the inadequate infrastructure compounds the challenges faced by the people of Chaghi. Basic amenities such as clean water, healthcare facilities, and transportation networks are either scarce or poorly maintained. Despite the presence of wealth-generating projects like Reko Diq and Saindak Gold Project, the benefits remain elusive for the majority of Chaghi's populace. The failure to integrate local communities into these ventures perpetuates a cycle of disenchantment and marginalization.

To address these pressing issues, concerted efforts must be made by both governmental and non-governmental stakeholders. Investments in education and skills development programs can empower the youth, equipping them with the tools to participate meaningfully in the workforce.
