This public notice is favor of public interest & officially issued for Mr. Qaisar Rehman Known As (ADIL) S/o, Abdur e Rehman, Holding CNIC # 42101 12610912 5
It is hereby informed to all off one specially our respected clients, partners, associates, vendors, and the related media field persons that Mr. Qaisar Rehman (ADIL) who previously worked with our organization as a Head Of Production (Photographer / Videographer) is no longer associated, affiliated, employed, & authorized to represent me & my company in any capacity whatsoever.
The above-mentioned individual caused substantial financial loss respective company during his association.
Furthermore, it has also come to our knowledge through reliable sources that the said individual has been using company name, company data, reputation, and references in various dealings and communications without authorization, which has additionally affected the Company business interests and credibility.
Therefore, through this official public notice, it is hereby declared that:
• Mr. Qaisar Rehman Known As (Adil) has no more connection, affiliation, employment status, or authority with our company anymore.
• The company is now proceeding with legal action and reserves all legal rights against the said individual for financial damages, losses, reputational harm, and related matters.
• All person, client, organization, or third party dealing with him under our company’s name or reference shall do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
• The company shall not be held any liability or responsibility for any commitments, claims or any legal affairs if he tries to conduct against & fever of us.
• Transactions, financial dealings, promises, representations, disputes, or losses caused directly or indirectly by the said individual.
• This notice shall serve as an official public information warning and legal move from the Corporate Sector. And also forwarded to Concern Govt Authorites.
