Few things have such a huge impact on happiness and the enjoyment, depth and plain fun of life as the friendships we have.

It could be the friendships with our partners, family members, co-workers and the people we have known for a few years now or since we were kids.

Or even with people we have never even met at the other side of the world or the pets we love.

Your muscles are cramping, your side aches and you can’t seem to catch your breath. You’re calling yourself every type of crazy for attempting this hike in the first place.
It’s a freakin’ mountain! How can you climb a mountain?

But you can, and you will.

The discomfort and the pain will make you stronger. In life, it’s important to push ourselves outside our comfort zone. We grow by attempting what we think we can’t accomplish.

Who knows? You just might surprise yourself.
