شینا زبان کے بادشاہ، شاعر اور گلوکار استاد جان علی، جنہیں موسیقی کی دنیا کا باپ کہا جاتا ہے، اپنے فن اور لازوال موسیقی کے ذریعے لوگوں کے دلوں پر حکمرانی کرتے رہے ہیں۔ وہ نہ صرف ایک عظیم موسیقار تھے بلکہ شینا ثقافت اور روایات کے امین بھی تھے۔ انہیں "بابائے هریب" کے نام سے نوازا گیا، کیونکہ ان کا کلام اور موسیقی عام لوگوں کے دلوں کی آواز تھی۔ ان کا فن اور ورثہ آج بھی موسیقی کی دنیا میں ایک مشعل راہ ہے۔.
