"Longganisa Carbonara"! Isa ito sa mga food discoveries ko dito sa Viga, Catanduanes, ang Sauwce by Vig’s Diner, located along San Pablo Street, dito mismo sa poblacion. Hindi mo agad maiisip na ilagay ang longganisa sa carbonara. And of course, hindi lang Longganisa Carbonara ang tinikman ko. Meron din silang Nacho Cheese Fries, Overload Pizza, at Barbecue Glazed Chicken. hindi na rin ako nagtaka kung bakit interesting ang kanilang menu. The OWNER is REAL CHEF!
