🏫 SCHOOLS: Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools in these areas.

🚨 ESSENTIAL SERVICES: Agencies handling basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue operations and provide necessary assistance.

🏢 PRIVATE SECTOR: Suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements remains at the discretion of management.

📌 Local Chief Executives may also implement localized suspension of classes and/or work in government offices in other areas, pursuant to existing laws, rules, and regulations.

Memorandum Circular No. 126 takes effect immediately.

Aabot sa 337 benepisyaryo sa Abucay, Bataan ang nakatanggap ng tig-₱2,000 agarang tulong pinansyal sa ilalim ng Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Assistance Program.

Isinagawa ang initial payout sa Abucay People’s Center sa pangunguna ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at lokal na pamahalaan.

Para sa mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo, inaasahang ipagkakaloob ang ₱2,000 buwan-buwan hanggang Disyembre 2026.

Bandang 5:30 p.m. nitong Miyerkules, Agosto 12, narekober sa ilog sa Brgy. Parada, Santa Maria, Bulacan ang labi ng binatilyo, na residente ng Brgy. Sto. Cristo, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Patuloy naman ang search and rescue operations ng mga awtoridad para mahanap ang tatlo pang nawawalang indibidwal.
