Ang Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor), na ipinagdiriwang tuwing Abril 9, ay isang Regular Holiday sa Pilipinas na gumugunita sa pagbagsak ng Bataan noong 1942 at nagpaparangal sa katapangan ng mga Pilipino at Amerikanong sundalo laban sa mga Hapones noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig.

Mahahalagang Detalye:
Kasaysayan: Ginugunita nito ang pagsuko ng mahigit 76,000 sundalo noong Abril 9, 1942, at ang sumunod na brutal na Bataan Death March.

Pagdiriwang: Karaniwang may mga seremonya sa Mt. Samat National Shrine sa Bataan, kung saan nag-aalay ng wreathe ang Pangulo at mga opisyal ng gobyerno.

Kahalagahan: Ito ay araw ng paggunita sa sakripisyo, katatagan, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga beterano.
