They say that "winning hearts and winning minds" starts with yourself. Looking back at the past three months, the journey of the CMO Non-Commissioned Officer Correspondence Course "PRIME" Class 19-2026 has been one of the most fulfilling yet deeply humbling experiences of my life.
It was anything but easy. From the initial hurdle of preparing documents and the anxiety of admission to the relentless pace of working by day and attending classes by night—every hour of sleep lost was a step toward something much greater than myself. This journey reminded me that growth often requires us to be broken down before we can be rebuilt with more wisdom and a clearer purpose.
The hardships were real, but the payoff is even greater. Beyond the Certificate and the CMO badge, I’m moving forward with a renewed heart for service and a new family in the CMO community.
My deepest gratitude goes to the CMO School for this transformative opportunity. My sincere thanks to 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐑. 𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐆𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐀, Commandant of Army CMO School , for your leadership and vision sir; MSgt Magaddatu, Course Director, and TSg Liban, Assistant Course Director, for your guidance; Sir Cacabelos, Ma’am Bagasala our Course NCOs and all the course directorate for your tireless support and all the Instructors for your shared experience and knowledge.
To My Direct Commanding officer, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐕 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) Brigade Commander of 1502nd QC Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade and all the officers, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐀𝐔𝐋 𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐆𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, 1302nd CDC Director, and to 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander Ncrrcdg Reserve Command, for believing in me.
To my classmates, thank you for the shared laughter, the late-night discussions, and for making this a truly wonderful experience. We went in as individuals, but we leave as a family.
Mission accomplished. 🇵🇭
