𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔽𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝕊𝕒𝕝𝕦𝕥𝕖: To the Class of "MANALAGBAY" 2025-2026
The long march has reached its destination.

From Candidates to Leaders
I still remember the day you started—the raw determination of your COCC days. Back then, you were just individuals learning to step in sync. Through the heat, and the rigorous training of your lower-class years, I watched you evolve.

You didn't just grow in rank; you grew in character. Seeing you stand today as First Class Cadets graduating, we see leaders who have mastered the art of discipline and the heart of service. The camaraderie built in the trenches of training has forged bonds that no distance can break. We are beyond proud of the men and women you have become.

𝔸 𝕊𝕡𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝕊𝕒𝕝𝕦𝕥𝕖: 𝕋𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕪𝕥𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕖𝕣𝕤.
A personal note of pride goes to the CMO G7 Section and our Multimedia Team.

Having walked alongside you and trained you personally, seeing your growth has been a highlight of this journey. You have learned to capture the soul of the Corps through your lenses and tell our story through your words. You didn't just "do the job"—you grew to love the art of photography and the power of writing. Your work has ensured that the legacy of this Unit will live on forever in frames and writings. 1! 2! 3! CMO!!!

As one chapter closes, another begins. To our incoming First Class and Second Class Cadets: the guidon is now in your hands.

May you lead with utmost respect, integrity, and genuine care for the Corps. Leadership is a privilege; use it to empower those under your command and to uphold the high standards of the QCU ROTC Unit.

Congratulations to the Graduates!
Padayon, Class of 2025-2026!

And for last but definitely not the least, my gratitude goes to LTC ARNIEL C TORMIS INF PA, Commandant, for being a guide to all of us especially for the Training staffs. Thank you sir! My snappiest salute to you sir

They say that "winning hearts and winning minds" starts with yourself. Looking back at the past three months, the journey of the CMO Non-Commissioned Officer Correspondence Course "PRIME" Class 19-2026 has been one of the most fulfilling yet deeply humbling experiences of my life.

It was anything but easy. From the initial hurdle of preparing documents and the anxiety of admission to the relentless pace of working by day and attending classes by night—every hour of sleep lost was a step toward something much greater than myself. This journey reminded me that growth often requires us to be broken down before we can be rebuilt with more wisdom and a clearer purpose.

The hardships were real, but the payoff is even greater. Beyond the Certificate and the CMO badge, I’m moving forward with a renewed heart for service and a new family in the CMO community.

My deepest gratitude goes to the CMO School for this transformative opportunity. My sincere thanks to 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐑. 𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐆𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐀, Commandant of Army CMO School , for your leadership and vision sir; MSgt Magaddatu, Course Director, and TSg Liban, Assistant Course Director, for your guidance; Sir Cacabelos, Ma’am Bagasala our Course NCOs and all the course directorate for your tireless support and all the Instructors for your shared experience and knowledge.

To My Direct Commanding officer, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐕 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) Brigade Commander of 1502nd QC Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade and all the officers, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐀𝐔𝐋 𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐆𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, 1302nd CDC Director, and to 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander Ncrrcdg Reserve Command, for believing in me.

To my classmates, thank you for the shared laughter, the late-night discussions, and for making this a truly wonderful experience. We went in as individuals, but we leave as a family.

Mission accomplished. 🇵🇭
