And when you have ADHD, showing up isn't always easy. Your mind runs fast, your focus drifts, it's scattered, and sometimes, everything feels tooooooo muuuuuch all at once. Pero kapag hawak mo yung camera, biglang nagiging tahimik ang mundo. Biglang may clarity.
