A Calm Heart. ❤️
Storms are part of life.
Some arrive quietly. Some shake everything we know. Some pass quickly, while others leave us exhausted, questioning, and afraid.
And just like the disciples in the middle of the storm, there are seasons where we ask:
“Lord, do You even see what I’m going through?”
But one of the most beautiful reminders in Scripture is this:
Jesus was in the boat the entire time.
“Peace, be still.” Mark 4:39
At Marco Constantino Films & Photography, we believe every testimony carries both storms and stillness. Behind every smile, every wedding, every love story, there were battles people had to overcome quietly.
A calm heart is not the absence of problems.
It is the presence of peace even while the waves are loud.
Maybe today you are carrying stress, uncertainty, fear, heartbreak, or exhaustion. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by situations you cannot control. But God often prepares us through storms before bringing us into the next season He has planned.
And when life feels heavy, remember:
the same God who calmed the sea can also calm the heart carrying the storm.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10
Sometimes peace comes not by changing the situation immediately, but by reminding us that we are never facing it alone.
A gentle reminder.
There is peace before the storm.
There is peace within the storm.
And there is peace after the storm. 🤍✨
