Synopsis:
"In the bustling streets of the metro, Toto, a young jeepney barker with autism, works tirelessly to call passengers and earn enough to care for his sick father. Each day, he finds comfort in his quiet routines such as drawing, tapping, counting coins, and memorizing routes with precision— small gestures that bring order to his noisy world. Beneath his calm nature lies a deep sense of love, discipline, and purpose.

Despite his kindness, Toto faces cruelty and judgment. He begins to doubt his own worth. But guided by his father’s words, “Follow your heart, son”. Toto learns to embrace who he is and continue pursuing his dreams. By day he works, by night he studies, and through it all, he never gives up.

In time, Toto’s voice, once ignored amidst the chaos, becomes a symbol of courage and hope. From the streets where he once shouted for passengers, he rises to the stage of his graduation, proving that being different is not a weakness but a strength. BARKER is a story of love, resilience, and the power of an unspoken dream that refuses to fade."
