VERY UNHEALTHY AIR QUALITY OVER METRO CEBU: PAG-MASK NA MO!😷🟥

BREAKING NEWS: is now experiencing VERY UNHEALTHY AIR QUALITY, recording an Air Quality Index (AQI) score of 199!

The AQI in Metro Cebu has risen drastically from 112 yesterday to 199 today.

• Ang init nga panahon ug high pressure makapugong sa hangin sa paglihok, hinungdan nga matigom ang polusyon ug magmugna og haze sa mga lugar sama sa Talisay ug Cebu City.
• Zero Dispersion = Kung gamay o walay hangin, ang a*o, emisyon sa sakyanan, ug abog magpabilin sa hangin ug dili matabog palayo.
• Mga sunog nga nahitabo sa Metro Cebu (sama sa grass fire sa SRP ug residential fire sa Pahina Central).

Sa AQI nga 199, ang kalidad sa hangin makadaot na sa tanan, dili lang sa mga adunay sakit daan.

• Daghang tawo mahimong makasinati og epekto sa lawas sama sa katol sa tutunlan, ubo, o kakulang sa ginhawa.
• Ang mga bata, buntis, tigulang, ug adunay hika o sakit sa kasingkasing/baga mas dako ang risgo sa grabeng problema sa pagginhawa.

• STAY INDOORS = Pabilin sulod sa balay. Sirhi ang bintana ug pultahan; gamita ang aircon sa recirculate mode kung naa.

Celebrate others when they are blessed. When someone gets promoted, starts something new, or steps into the breakthrough they prayed for, rejoice with them sincerely.

There is no need to envy. No need to compare. Their win does not diminish yours, and their success does not delay what God has already prepared for you.

They waited. They worked. They sacrificed—just as you are doing now.

And in the same way, your sea*on is also being prepared in God’s perfect timing.

You don’t have to force it, chase it, or rush it. When God says it’s time, it will come; clearly, peacefully, and right on time.

So keep walking in faith, keep trusting quietly, and keep growing where God has placed you. God sees every unseen effort, every silent struggle, every hidden prayer.

And when it’s finally your turn, I hope you will understand why the wait was necessary 🙇🏻‍♂️☝🏻

Easter Sunday prayer: “Dear Lord,

Today is Easter Sunday, and with grateful hearts we celebrate the victory of Jesus over sin and death.

As we remember the empty tomb, we are reminded that Your promise is fulfilled, and our hope is alive because He has risen.

Thank You for the gift of Your Son, who rose again so we could have new life, forgiveness, and eternal hope.

Lord, help us to truly understand the joy of this moment; the victory, the resurrection, and the love that conquered the grave.

Teach us to let go of our fears, doubts, and burdens, and to walk in the freedom You have given us. In our weakness, remind us that resurrection power is alive in us, and in our struggles, help us rest in the victory You have already won.

Forgive us, renew us, and draw us closer to You today. May we never take for granted the price that was paid for our salvation and the power of the resurrection. Let this day shape our hearts with joy, gratitude, and living faith.

And as we celebrate the risen Christ, may we live in the hope that because He lives, we also will live.
