| Phivolcs has released a Tsunami warning for several coastal areas in the Philippines and nearby Asian countries following a strong Magnitude 8.7 Earthquake Off The East Coast Of Kamchatka, Russia on Wednesday morning, July 30.

Based on international media reports, a tsunami wave of less than 1 meter may possibly be felt the in the following provinces and or first arrive between 01:20PM to 02:40PM today, July 30:

Batanes Group of Islands
Cagayan
Isabela
Albay
Dinagat Islands
Sorsogon
Surigao del Norte
Catanduanes
Surigao del Sur
Aurora
Northern Samar
Davao del Norte
Quezon
Eastern Samar
Davao Oriental
Camarines Norte
Leyte
Davao Occidental
Camarines Sur
Southern Leyte
Davao del Sur
Davao de Oro

The state volcanologists said that residents living near beaches and shorelines are advised to move inland to avoid possible effects of the tsunami waves.

I ask that You send your angels, people, and timely practical help to those who may be affected by the typhoon. Please prevent it from causing more damage and tragedies in our nation. Please make the sun shine again, Heavenly Father.
