- Worst McDonalds Experience ever -

Long Story Short

We we're trying to have lunch in McDonalds Palo, yes the one in front of Dunkin Donut near MR. DIY the one and only McDo there. So we paid for our meal on the digital kiosk it wasn't a big amount, just a meal for 2.

the worst part is that we waited for almost 1 hour and a half but still no sign of our food. we went back and forth to the cashier and they told us that the food was getting prepared. This was the 2nd time we asked the cashier and the same story was told.

so here we are an hour and forty five minutes later it's already 2 pm and the order was finally served. the staff was somewhat oblivious of not asking customers if their meal was already served or being prepped minding the number card on the table.

so basically we ordered 2 meals with a happy meal bundle .. the problem was there was no available happy meal toy. And Yes that was the only reason the food was delayed.

the staff didn't mind or bothered to check if the order was served or not
they waited till we went back to the cashier for the 7th time and yes I am not exaggerating. That's how many times we went back there.

So yeah. The incompetence of the staff at Palo is the bad part the worst part? the manager didn't even bother to check. ain't gonna name drop but lesson learned.
