“The CBI Formula”

Being an INC member has been a tremendous blessing in my life. Some people say, “Grabe ka naman, sobra kang devoted sa religion mo,” even remarking that I prioritize God more than my studies and other responsibilities. Indeed, I dedicate my time to God—I never blame myself nor hesitate to put Him first. This reflects my faith and how deeply I believe in Him.

I often remind my juniors, especially the Binhi and CBI members, to never hesitate to dedicate time to God and always trust in His power. Being a church officer with many responsibilities can be challenging, but through Him, all seemingly impossible things become possible. Whenever I feel stressed by academics, I pause to call on His name and visit Kapilya para manalangin.

The CBI formula: [(Pag-aaral^Panata) + Pagtupad)] - Kasalanan = Pagtatagumpay has guided me throughout my school journey. My daily routine of BAHAY-SCHOOL-KAPILYA has been my greatest life adventure since high school. Although the hard work of serving the church may sometimes go unnoticed or unappreciated by others, it has been a true blessing for me. I have witnessed His guidance and help firsthand, receiving blessings not only physically but in every aspect of my well-being. And I am certain that none of my academic achievements would have been possible without His mighty power.

I'm proud to say that being an Organista, Kalihim, Finance, TSV and future G**o sa PNK hindi hadlang ang tungkulin sa pag-aaral bagkus ay ito pa ang mabisang sanggalang para tayo'y lalong tumatag at mag patuloy.

It took me a while to share this achievement, but today I proudly celebrate the success I’ve earned after four years of college. Along the way, I faced many doubts, especially about the course I chose. I hesitated to continue because I didn’t feel that teaching was my true calling. This wasn’t the path I initially wanted, but due to limited career planning and exploration, I picked a course that seemed easier at the time.

After passing the BUCESS exam, I realized other fields offered greater opportunities than teaching. I even applied to transfer to CSSP, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to secure a spot. Perhaps God had a greater plan for me. I decided to continue with this course, and over time, I gradually adapted and started to enjoy it. I also came to understand that being a PE educator is more than just dancing and playing sports—it’s a demanding profession. This course involves studying human biomechanics and other important subjects that can truly impact lives.

Long story short...here I am, completing this degree with God’s blessing and proud to be among the Honor Graduates.

Thank you, Bicol University, for these past four years. I have always been proud to study here, to wear the IPESR lanyard, and to represent such a prestigious university.
