freedom of speech also comes with responsibility. you have every right to say what you think. and nobody is saying you have to be nice all the time. but having the freedom to say something doesn’t mean you’re free from the consequences of what you choose to say. there’s a difference between speaking your mind and using “freedom of speech” as an excuse to be cruel. you don’t get to hide behind “i’m just expressing my opinion” after deliberately humiliating, harassing, or dehumanizing another person. yoy can say whatever you want. but you should also be mature enough to ask yourself why you’re saying it, what are you trying to accomplish, and if it’s actually necessary?

not everything you can say needs to be said and not every person you dislike needs to become a target. having a voice is a privilege. knowing when and how to use it responsibly is part of that freedom too.

rest in peace to mina and i pray for peace for her family and loved ones. she was a real person. there is a real person behind these accounts you hold opinions over. please be kind and be careful with your words.
