🔥WILSHIRE GRAND CENTER🔥

Tasked to create an image of an international skyscraper using only alcohol markers for rendering.

The blending of alcohol markers for the glass part is very satisfying to do. Then using white pen to bring all of it together. Rendering the sky was the most fun part since it gives a bit of lee way for me to not follow too much of the reference.

✨UNIONBANK PLAZA✨

A VisualTech plate requiring us to render a local skyscraper using only alcohol markers. The most challenging part is to find a color that would work and blend when what you have in the marker set runs out.

There are stores where it can be bought per color, but it's really expensive for a student. Got through it with entry level markers and half-empty markers though💖

Just some simple color swatch using colored pencils. Using primary colors only, mid-tones are created to make a smoother transitions between colors.

Approaching the edges, the shade gets darker. This is achieved by blending the colors going inward with white highlights, and the colors going outward with black.

The product is this color rose.
