Hostile and arrogant attitude of a driver toward a passenger: Php 400.00
Transferring, lending, or otherwise allowing any person to use his driver's License/MTOP ID/Driver's ID for the purpose of enabling such person to operate MTH: Php 400.00
Engaging, employing, or hiring any person to operate an MTH other than a duly licensed professional driver: Php 400.00
