HOW TO REGISTER FACE-TO-FACE OATH-TAKING for CEBU and BOHOL
STEP 1: Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm your attendance.
1.1 Log in to your LERIS account
1.2 Click "Select Transaction."
1.3 Choose "Oath."
1.4. Choose "Face to Face Mass Oath Taking."
1.5 Choose your desired place of Oath-taking, then click "Next."
1.6 Click "Submit Application."
1.7 "Click to go back." Go to your profile
1.8 Print two (2) copies of the Oath Form (with the QR Code) and bring these forms during the oath-taking. Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination. Those who took their exam in another Region but will decide to take the oath in Cebu or Bohol, your names will not appear in the souvenir program for Cebu/Bohol, but in the place of the exam.
STEP 2: SECURE Oath-taking TICKETS for the Passers and Guest/s
2.1 Present the QR Code you generated to the ticket personnel in charge. (NO QR CODE/REFERENCE NUMBER OF REGISTRATION, NO TICKET).
2.2 For those WHO CANโT AVAIL THE TICKET PERSONALLY, kindly provide A HARD COPY of the AUTHORIZATION LETTER and proof of PRC f2f oath-taking registration (QR code and Reference number) to the authorized person. Tickets for guests (parents, guardians, relatives) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
SCHEDULE AND VENUE OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE TICKETS:
Tickets for the oath-taking ceremony will be available starting January 12, 2026.
A. For CEBU @ Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus, College of Education is from Monday to Sunday - (8:30 - 12:00 / 1:30 - 5:00pm), except on January 17, 18, and 19 to celebrate the Feast of Sto. Niรฑo de Cebu and February 17 for the Chinese New Year.
B. For BOHOL Wisdom School, College of Education, is from Monday to Friday (1:00 - 5:00pm) and Saturdays ( 8:00 - 11:00 am) except on February 17th for the Chinese New Year
STEP 3: REGISTRATION for PAFTE Associate Membership:
3.1 Fill out the Membership form, both PAFTE and Memberโs copy.
3.2 Fill out the PAFTE Authorization letter (kindly download the attachment below)
3.3 Pay P300.0,0 valid for 3 years. Upon payment, you will receive an Official Receipt and Professional Teachersโ Magazine (PTM). For those WHO CANโT REGISTER PHYSICALLY, kindly provide A HARD COPY of the SIGNED PAFTE AUTHORIZATION LETTER to the authorized person (download the attached docs).
VERY IMPORTANT: Upon receiving your PRC Professional Teacherโs License ID and Registration No., please send it by filling out this Google form: https://forms.office.com/r/rXixaMFQYr. This will facilitate the sending of your PAFTE eID.
STEP 4: ATTENDANCE TO Oath-taking Ceremony:
A. For BOHOL: February 20, 2026 (Friday) @ 9:00 am and 1:00pm, Bohol Wisdom School Gymnasium
B. For CEBU: February 21, 2026 (Saturday) @ USJR - Basak Campus Coliseum. Kindly CHECK YOUR TICKET if you are attending the following oath-taking ceremony schedules:
1) 8:00 am; 2) 12:00 am or 3:00 pm
VERY IMPORTANT DURING THE OATH-TAKING CEREMONY:
a) Kindly bring 2 copies of the printed PRC Oath Form, which will be scanned upon entrance during the face-to-face oath-taking ceremony;
b) Bring your PRC Oath-taking TICKET and
c) Observe the Dress Code: Decent Semi-Formal Attire
