Water supply has already been restored in our area (San Policarpo) even before the scheduled restoration time of 8:00 AM. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to fix the issue and restore the service earlier than expected. Hopefully, the water supply will continue uninterrupted. 💧

It’s 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 that a large water company cannot even provide an alternative supply or water rationing during a 24-hour service interruption. Thousands of residents and businesses are affected, yet no backup solution was offered.

If 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 is completely unavailable for 24 hours, it is only fair that customers should not be charged for that period or should receive a corresponding reduction in their bills. We hope the company takes accountability, improves its emergency planning, and provides better support for its consumers in situations like this.
