August 6, 2026 | Under the leadership of PCOL DEXTER G PAJE, City Director, the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and received donations from CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative, represented by Mr. Noel D. Raboy, President and CEO.
Present during the ceremony were Mr. Jerson T. Ebal, President of CLIMBS/Kusgan Volunteers Inc. (KVI) Fire Marshal; PLTCOL DEMVER M VERGARA, Chief, CARMU; PLCOL DUYLE VEMBU M BUENAFLOR, Chief, CCADU; PMAJ EMILITA M SIMON, Public Information Officer; CCADU personnel; and media partners from Strong Radio. The activity was held at the COCPO TV Room, 2nd Floor, COCPO Headquarters, Brgy. 40, Poblacion, Cagayan de Oro City.
The program commenced with the opening preliminaries, followed by the opening remarks and a presentation on the background of COCPO TV by the COCPO Public Information Office. The ceremony culminated with the signing of the MOA and the turnover of donations between COCPO, CLIMBS and KVI.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in strengthening police-community collaboration and formally restart COCPO TV, the official digital and broadcast platform of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office, further enhancing public information, transparency, and community engagement.
