The "Ghost" behind, unveiling the truth.
Download this photo and zoom in a bit, you'll see that the image at the back has a "handle-like" something and is clearly pinned or hanging over something on the wall.

Notice that the bricks are a bit fresh than the others, and there's a pattern. It seemed that previously, it was a window which was covered later. Taken this into account, one can easily pound a 2 inch concrete nail onto it for the convenience of hanging anything over it.

I say, this might be a hat or a black pants. :)
