On the moony nights he walks alone
A figure fading like a distant tone
The city's breath of a whispered sigh
As he search for a place to call why

His heart a room filled with empty walls
A space that echoes with a longing calls
The silence screams like a haunting sound
As he waits for love to turn him around

But like a phoenix, he starts to rise
From ashes of loneliness and opens his eyes
A new dawn breaks with possibilities bright
A chance to heal and let love take flight

Memories flood, of a love that's gone
The sea's loud whisper, echoes his pain song

He stands tall now, in the dark of night
A broken man, with a heart that's learning to fight
The stars above, a twinkling show
A reminder, he's not alone, as he heals and grows
