A True Champion for PNG’s Coffee Farmers! 🌟**

It’s not every day that we see a top-tier project manager who’s *truly* dedicated to making a difference, and Mr. Potaisah Hombunaka is a perfect example of this! As the Project Manager for the CIC PACD project, he’s gone above and beyond to ensure that small coffee farmers across Papua New Guinea are supported and empowered.

What’s truly remarkable is his unwavering commitment – despite the challenges, including tough road construction work, he continues to put in the hard yards on the ground. You won’t see him sitting behind a desk; Mr. Hombunaka is *out there*, boots on the ground, working side by side with the very farmers he serves. His passion for the people and the industry shines through, proving that leadership isn’t just about sitting at the top—it’s about getting involved and making a real, tangible impact.

Mr. Hombunaka’s efforts have made a lasting difference in the lives of smallholder farmers, helping them thrive in the coffee industry. His dedication to the people of PNG is nothing short of inspiring.

Keep up the amazing work, Mr. Hombunaka! Your hard work and heart for the farmers are truly appreciated. 🙌👏

**BSP Brings Banking Services to Massy Village**

Massy Village, Goroka District (EHP)– In a major step toward improving financial accessibility, the Bank of South Pacific (BSP) has set up an agent at **Okouka Akogere Guest House** in Massy Village, Goroka District. This move will allow the people of Massy and surrounding areas to access a range of banking services right within the village, offering unprecedented convenience for rural residents.

With the new BSP agent, villagers can now:

Withdraw and Deposit Funds – Easily manage their money without needing to travel to distant branch
Transfer Funds– Send money locally and nationwide with ease.
Use Wantok Wallet– Leverage BSP’s Wantok Wallet service for digital transactions, making it simpler to connect with family and friends.

The new agent, stationed at Okouka Akogere Guest House, is expected to benefit many, especially those who previously faced challenges accessing banking services in remote areas.

BSP’s presence in the village marks a positive step toward greater financial inclusion and convenience for the rural community.

For more information on services available at the BSP agent, visit Okouka Akogere Guest House or contact BSP directly.

From Ato Market to the captain of Goroka Bintangor Lahanis — my journey has never been about being the best, but about never giving up.

2026 ExxonMobil Cup is not just a competition for me. It’s a reminder of where I come from — Asariufa village, Goroka District. The early mornings, the struggles, the small wins that built who I am today.

To every young boy and girl out there:
You don’t need perfect conditions to start. You just need heart, discipline, and belief.

There will be days you feel overlooked. Days you feel tired. Days you want to quit. But those are the days that define you. Keep pushing. Keep showing up.

As captain, I don’t stand above my team — I stand with them. We fight together, we learn together, and we rise together.

We carry our families, our villages, and our people onto that field. Every step, every tackle, every moment — it’s bigger than us.

Stay humble. Stay focused. Trust your journey.
