K2.2 Million Road & Bridge Project for Arowa G*i – Tambul-Nebilyer DDA

The people of Arowa G*i, Lower Nebilyer, Western Highlands Province, celebrated with great joy yesterday as the Member for Tambul-Nebilyer and Minister, Hon. Win Bakri Daki, delivered fully equipped bridge materials for the Arowa G*i Road Upgrading Project (Togoba to Arowa G*i) and the construction of the Walta Bridge.

The bridge materials were transported on two twin-steer trucks and officially received by the local community, who expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude to their MP for delivering this much-needed development project.

Valued at K2.2 million and funded by the Tambul-Nebilyer District Development Authority (DDA), the project will improve road access, strengthen transport links, connect communities, and create better opportunities for business, education, health services, and economic growth.

Road upgrading and bridge construction will officially commence tomorrow, Monday, marking another major step forward in the district's rural development agenda.
