Blue-winged kookaburra 🪶

According to the Dreamtime, legend says that the ancient creative spirit, who lighted up the big fire, asked the kookaburra to sing. So the kookaburra sang, awakening all the creatures of the earth, allowing them to watch the sun rise for the very first time.

From this day, the kookaburra is a sacred bird, gardian of the day, harbinger of the sun.

Lee Ghai Tchi, dit Auguste, est un personnage de roman que l'on aurait envie de lire et relire, par peur de manquer certains détails, de gâcher des miettes de récit entre deux pages scellées. Le voici, les yeux rieurs et les mains noueuses, à peine plus éclairé par la lampe que par son sourire, dans son atelier aux mille trésors.
