Good things come in pairs! My light-painting portrait has received a Highly Commended award in the Art & Conceptual category for the contest organised by .mag
Still surreal to be recognised twice in this competition.

This picture was captured in Tahiti, where I randomly met my friend from New Zealand, DJ/producer .93 . One of those unexpected moments that made the shoot even more special.

Light painting has become a space where I can explore movement, color, and motion in the most instinctive way. Every trace of light is intentional yet unpredictable, a dance between control and letting go.

This recognition feels like a reminder to keep experimenting, keep learning, and keep trusting the process. Ending 2025 on a high note with these two early Christmas gifts, and feeling excited to see what 2026 will bring โœจ

I went to a tattoo convention in Tahiti without any expectations and ended up documenting a powerful Patutiki session with the artist and the model โ€” This image shows an important step in the freehand Patutiki process, where the motifs are first drawn directly onto the skin with a pen before tattooing begins.

Patutiki is more than decoration. It is a traditional Marquesan tattoo language, and each pattern carries a meaning. It can tell a story about a personโ€™s family, their journey, or their place in the community. Seeing this practice up close taught me so much about the depth of this ancestral art and the meaning carried in every line.

This year was full of doubts, lessons, and late nightsโ€ฆ and somehow, all of it led here. Grateful for everyone who trusted me, pushed me, and inspired me ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
