Sometimes you don’t realise how much you needed to get out of the house until you’re standing on the beach 🌊

Here's another photo from my Papamoa beach walk over the weekend

There’s just something about the sea air that completely resets my brain

I don’t even think it’s just the exercise I think it’s the fresh air, the sound of the waves and getting out of the house

Whenever life starts feeling a bit too loud in my head the beach always helps me

Also how cool are all the little driftwood setups people have been making lately? This little swing seat absolutely made my day 😍 So thank you to whoever built it 😏
