Unfortunately, my time at Baypark Speedway has come to an end.

Due to a change in personal circumstances and availability, I've made the difficult decision to step aside as photographer at Baypark Speedway after three incredible seasons.

It's a role I'll always be grateful for, and one that gave me memories I'll cherish forever. From being named a Speedway New Zealand Photographer of the Year finalist in my debut season, starting my journalism career with the NZ Dirt Track Racing Magazine, to having one of my images featured on the main billboard outside the stadium, it's been an unforgettable journey and one I'm incredibly proud of.

A massive thank you to Melissa Webb, Macau Johnson, Steve Daniel, and the entire Baypark team for welcoming me with open arms and making Baypark Speedway feel like a second home over the past three years.

I'm truly heartbroken that I won't be able to continue my commitment to New Zealand speedway, but as one chapter closes, another begins. I'm excited to embark on a new path filled with fresh opportunities, while forever grateful for the friendships, memories, and experiences I've gained along the way. โค๏ธ

Don't even need to name the person for people to know who this is about.. I'm disappointed to hear they are still up to their usual antics.

SNZ and Rotorua Stockcar Club need to take action. As well as the other tracks this photographer attends. Bullying should not be tolerated in this sport.

We are switching it up a little this year due to the change of venue, transitioning the 2026 event into Tauranga's 'Elite 100 Show' with the best of the best on display and an exhibition zone showcasing some unique builds!

Public entry is a gold coin donation!

Remember, there will be silent auctions, epic raffles on the day, and merch pre-orders, so empty those ashtrays, bring your spare change for your chance to win, and stock up on goodies!!

You can also vote for your favourite car with some loose change! There are 6 trophies up for grabs, as well as prize packs for the top cars.

You can ROCK ON IN, park up, get amongst the cars, catch up with mates as we do, go for a walkabout while grabbing a feed and beverage from inside, or chill out and enjoy the atmosphere and some of NZ's best car scene!
