I decided that I'd rewrite the previous post that I shared. No explanation.

As you know, or as you are currently finding out, I chose to remove fathers day mini sessions, and mothers day mini sessions from my website, and social media. The why of it isn't what you're thinking; it is just simply that mini sessions do not feel like me, the more I sit with it, the more I feel that way. In future that may change, but until then they will no longer be advertised through here. Obviously this doesn't change or affect anything else; I will still be photographing whānau sessions, they just won't be in the form of a mini session.

And as you know, and as I will continuously repeat,
Koha sessions will remain open for booking until 01 October
Empowerment | Whānau | Couples
Sunrise | Sunset | Other
Beach | Forestry | Queens Park | Other
Fixed/custom investment amounts
Excludes waterfall location (i.e. 90% of Catlins) until spring/summer dates.

What you're not aware of yet,
I decided that I will do Koha sessions from 09/12 until 23/12. So, remember those specific dates when December comes.

You can inquire or book through this Koha link, or message me directly. This link leads to a submission form, and covers all the information that's required for a Koha session, once submitted it sends a notification through my website studio manager app and sends it through email. Then after all of that, I'll send you a contract, questionnaire, and the koha payment link to secure your booking.

Anyway, here's me, feeling a little bit human, a little bit alien, and experimenting with a net curtain; I did these for an assignment in July, in this particular assignment we were required to choose three photographic genres, with a subtotal of eight images required, and write 500 words for each genre.

This is an appreciation post. Yes, another one. 😚

Because I actually truly cannot express it enough. I am full of so much gratitude towards everyone that came through in every single way. The shares, the likes, the messages, even everyone that just viewed it. And as I said in the previous, y'all are helping me reach who I am meant to reach, and that's big. So, thank you all wholeheartedly. It didn't, it doesn't and it will never go un-noticed. 🩷

I know that I am sharing it EVERYWHERE. All of my art socials, and all of my private socials. So I thank y'all for putting up with that too. My art alone is something that is very sacred to me, it runs through my veins like blood and water. These Koha sessions are a part of that sacredness.

My appreciation runs even deeper for y'all because every community page that I tried to share this in either declined it without justifying, or removed it after they accepted it. A little frustrating, but it wasn't for nothing.

Hi everyone! ✨☀️
I will be doing Koha sessions throughout the duration of my level 6 studies, this is something that I have been thinking of since December 2025, but it wasn't until the sun rose this morning that I thought of doing Koha sessions throughout my study periods.

Study period: 30/06/26 - 01/10/26. 💙

You get an option of choosing a fixed amount or creating a custom amount.
Sessions limited to Family, Empowerment, and Couple sessions.
Sunrise | Sunset | Other
Beach | Forestry | Queens Park | Other
You can request to book a session at a waterfall location in advance, spring/summer dates. A winter booking will not be accepted.
And please note that this will exclude weddings.

I'd deeply appreciate if you'd share this, so it reaches who it's meant to reach.
