Today when I was shooting a client’s portraits/branding shoot, I told them how important it is to show your own face online and why people need to see who they’re working with, what they do and how they’re doing it. That’s when I realized I’m not practicing what I’m preaching…

So I promised them I will post something today myself!

So here I am, kicking some water 😅😉

I am 40 today! 🎉🎂🥳

Normally I casually scroll past my birthday as I don’t want to make a fuss about it. But today I am saying it out loud! And I’m grateful for turning 40! Not everyone gets to do it. I am blessed to spend it with my beautiful, loving family who’s been spoiling me not only today, but pretty much every day. Spoils for me includes cuddles, hugs, acts of service etc and I get them all every day. How lucky can a girl be.

So cheers 🥂🎉 Here’s to the next 40 (at least) and making (and capturing) new epic memories 🤍

Anyone else feel like they’ve been through every bug going around lately? 😅

Between moving house, pneumonia, Influenza A, and a few other surprises along the way, our household has been on quite the adventure these past few weeks.

So when I came across this bridal party photo, I realised it perfectly captures how I feel right now 😂

Thankfully this crew was just having fun, and it’s still one of my favourite moments from the day. 💛

Our 2026 patient satisfaction survey is now closed and we over 180 pages of feedback! Unbelievably, we achieved 100% patient satisfaction for our chiropractic team and front desk team.

Some constructive comments about keeping to time with the late afternoon and evening appointments sometimes being 3-8minutes late. We have been working really hard on this!

There was 80 pages of generous support for Dr Sam and while can only share a few of these, thank you so much for the time and effort involved. It really helps us know we are on the right track to take care of our community.

To anyone who entered the $100 draw, we’ll be doing this tomorrow!

I am still here! I might be a little quiet but still here. Taking a bit of time exploring the beautiful Aotearoa, spending time with my parents visiting from South Africa and moving house! All very exciting!

But very importantly I will be at the The Waikato Wedding Affair tomorrow!! Come and say hi!! Cannot wait to meet new faces, hear new stories and dream together about bright and shiny marriages 💍
