𝗛𝗲𝘆𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆.
Not every avatar version suits every person. Here is what I have found.

Avatar 5 is the most expressive version yet. If you are naturally animated on camera, it can look great. But if you are more reserved, it may feel a bit much.

Avatar 4 is still what I recommend for most of my clients. It is reliable, natural-looking, and works across a wide range of communication styles.

Avatar 3 is being discontinued. If you already have a digital twin built on Avatar 3, you will keep access. New twins going forward will not be built on it.

One filming tip: if your hands move wide when you talk, keep your twin on its original background rather than removing it. Avatar 5's expressiveness combined with a cut-out background can blur your hands at the edges. The original background keeps everything sharp.

I am also still using ElevenLabs for voice rather than HeyGen's built-in tool. The gap is closing, but I am not ready to switch yet.

The replacement costs $0 a month, loads faster, and gets updated in minutes by talking to an AI.

𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 $𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲.
I just did mine in one afternoon for under $100.
Here is how, and who this works for.
The tool is called Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. There are two parts to it. Claude.ai handles the strategy layer. You have a real conversation about your business, your copy, your SEO, and your positioning. Claude Code then makes the changes to your website files.
Together they replaced what would have cost thousands in agency and copywriting fees.

It does not work for every website.
It works on code-based sites where you own and can access your files, typically sites hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, or Vercel.
It does not work on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.com. Those platforms lock your code away from external tools.

It works for SEO. We built keyword strategy, meta titles, meta descriptions, and heading structures into every single page. SEO is the right words in the right places, and AI does that well when you ask it to.
It will not replace a specialist developer for complex builds. You need to know what you want because AI follows your direction, not the other way around. And you need to review everything it produces.
But for business owners who cannot afford an agency and do not want to wait months for results? This is worth knowing about.

Set up a project in Claude CoWork. Add one document that covers five things:
Who you are
Who your audience is
Your rules for writing
Which platforms you post on
What every post must include
You do this once. You never touch it again.
From that point on, open a new task and type two words:
Batch session.
AI asks you five questions about your week. You answer. It writes a full week of posts across every platform based on your knowledge gained that week, with posting times included.
One morning to set it up. Hours saved every week after that.

The last few days have made me ridiculously happy.
Because I’ve been watching my clients turn the corner with their digital twins.

There’s this idea that you can upload a few clips, press a button, and suddenly you’ve got a perfect digital version of yourself.
It doesn’t work like that.
When you book a digital twin session with me, we’re creating something that sounds like you, looks like you, and feels like you.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲
We start with your voice. Around 30 minutes of recording, done properly so it captures how you naturally speak. Then I authenticate it so it’s ready to use.

This is where most of the time goes. You’ll film short clips in outfits you’d generally wear in your content. It usually takes a couple of hours because there are specific ways to film a twin so it looks natural. We also film options so you’re not stuck with one look.

Your voice and video don’t live in the same place. One platform does voice well, another does video. I set both up and connect them for you so everything works together properly.

𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮’𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜.
One of the most interesting parts of building Digital Twin Imaging has been watching what happens when you remove the biggest barrier to video.
Time.
When clients create a digital twin, suddenly they can produce video content quickly and consistently.
But once the video exists, the next question becomes…
How do we make it more engaging to watch?
So I have started pushing the production side further.
Things like
• on screen text
• animated fonts
• movement and transitions
• supporting B roll
• visual storytelling
All the things that make a video feel dynamic instead of just a static talking head.
What makes this even more interesting is that none of this was edited in traditional video software.
The platform that hosts the twin can actually build the video structure itself.
It can generate
• the script layout
• text overlays
• B roll suggestions
• scene transitions
And if the AI adds something you do not like, you simply change it.
That combination of AI generation plus human control is where things start to get exciting.
I feel like I have finally reached the stage where creating the twin is only the beginning.
Now we get to explore what happens when we add real production value to the content.
Next thing I want to test…
Using my twin to create influencer style videos.
This little experiment is one of the first tests adding more production elements.
