I've never edited in CapCut. I give Claude Code my clip, tell it what I want, and it does the edit. This video is the one it made.

Claude Code is the Code tab in the Claude desktop app. It comes with a paid Claude plan, and it took some setting up on my computer first.

In September, Anthropic merged Chat and Cowork into one Claude. You don't pick a mode anymore. You just ask, and Claude works out if it's a quick answer or a bigger job.

Running a business? The file work that used to live in Cowork is now in every chat.

Working in marketing? There's new Claude Docs and Slides, and you can schedule a weekly report.

Claude Code hasn't changed.

It's rolling out plan by plan, so you might still see the old buttons for a while.

𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗼 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼.

A client needed step-by-step instructions to connect his HeyGen account to his video kit. Technical, and easy to get wrong.

I didn't film a thing. I clicked through it once with my screen recording, and told my kit what he needed. Claude wrote the script, made the narration in my ElevenLabs voice, and built the video, with every click circled.

It's better for him too. Walking someone through technical steps on Zoom is slow, and half of it is forgotten by the next day. A video he can pause, follow at his own pace, and watch again when he needs it is much easier to work through.

Does the voice sound a bit robotic? A little. For one client's instructions, that doesn't matter. If it was going on my website, I'd spend time on the voice.

The same kit makes videos from a two-minute voice memo or a video on your phone. AI video for business doesn't have to be a big production. Sometimes it's just the clearest way to explain something.

𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆.

I gave Claude my website once, so it already knows my fonts, my colours and my branding. Now I just say what I want, like a quote card for Thursday's post, and it comes back on brand. If I don't like it, I tell it what to change.

Canva is still a great tool. I just don't need to open it for my everyday posts.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.

I had Claude study the Instagram accounts that are growing fast with AI tips. Three things stood out:

1. People follow people, not business names. So my profile name is now Belinda | Claude & AI content tips.
2. Their bios say who it's for and what you get. So I rewrote mine.
3. Every video starts with a face, in the first second.

On Monday I talk into my phone for a couple of minutes. What happened last week, what I learned, and what my clients should know.

I send that voice memo to my content kit in Claude, and it turns it into short videos with my branding and graphics, about 30 seconds each.

Some weeks I sit down to post and my mind goes blank. So I don't start from a blank page anymore. I let Claude interview me.

Claude already knows what I worked on this week. It asks me a few questions, I answer out loud, no script, and it pulls out the good bits and turns them into a video.
