Last night I completed my command training and earned my promotion to captain on the Airbus A320/321. The last few days have involved a simulator check, a domestic route check including a weather-related diversion, and an international route check! 👨‍✈️ There have been many hours of studying, many discussions around how I would handle a variety of scenarios, and of course, hands-on flying from the left seat!
