KATHMANDU TO NAGTHALI ON A SCOOTER/BIKE? 🛵🏔️
Stop waiting for a big budget or a 4x4. We took our scooter and headed straight for the clouds in Rasuwa. If you’ve got a partner and a full tank, here is exactly what it cost us for two people:
The Receipt (For 2 People):
⛽ Petrol: NPR 1,500 (Round trip from Ktm)
🍱 Lunch: NPR 1,600 (2 heavy plates of Dal Bhat x 2 - essential fuel!)
🏠 The 'Vibe' Package: NPR 2,500 (Room + Dinner + Snacks + Tongba to beat the cold! 🍶)
Total per person: Roughly NPR 2,800 for a legendary escape.
The Verdict: The roads are a challenge, and the clouds might hide the peaks, but riding through the mist on two wheels is a different kind of magic. There’s something special about sipping Tongba while the fog rolls over the hills. 🏔️💨
