Why do so many things play in my mind nowadays? I feel that I have not been able to do anything in life.

I meet thousands of people a day but why do I feel lonely? I am trapped in my mind, I am weak, unable to do anything, I am burned inside by the fear of the future. I have not been able to tell anyone, there is no one, no one is trying to understand me, life has become very difficult.🎃😡
