This is a group for all npj (and npj Residents) interested in photography. Keep an open mind, ask questions, seek for feedback, share what you know, share what you think might help the members. We are all learning and such practice helps us grow individually as well as a community.

RULES that must be followed strictly:

** Admins have th

e right to remove any post/s or member/s they find inappropriate. Please remember this is an avenue to learn by sharing. If members are found dumping just about anything in the name of Photography, they will be BANNED.

** Please POST a maximum of ONLY 2 IMAGES per day. Let EVERYONE have some SPACE. A member posting more than 2 images in a day WILL BE BANNED.

** Members are encouraged (not compulsory) to post their images explaining how the image was produced (EXIF, workflow, planning, etc) so that other members can learn.

** CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACKS are always encouraged. Such critical analysis should be taken as a step forward to learn, improve and grow your skills. But please be mindful of your languages. Members using abusive words will be BANNED immediately.

** ANYTHING not related to PHOTOGRAPHY such as events, ads, spams, etc will be removed and members will be BANNED permanently.

** Plagiarism is strictly dealt with and any member posting plagiarised content is immediately BANNED. A member may post work of another photographer but for reference purpose only. The member posting such content should provide a link to the source from where it was copied along with the content.

** Members are responsible for what they post and for their actions. A team of active Npj photography members known as CLEAN-UP TEAM has been voluntarily monitoring page activities. Other members are also encouraged to monitor and report posts that are inappropriate. Admin panel will review the post and take action appropriately.

** Any images containing nudity of any kind has to be censored before posting on the wall. Any image that is not censored will be deleted. (This rule is based on instructions provided to us by Facebook)

बर्दियामा जन्मेका उमेश पाठकले ५ घण्टामा ८ सय ७ जनाको तस्बिर खिचेर विश्व रेकर्ड कायम गरेका छन्💞🙏
३६ वर्षे पाठकले नचिनेका मान्छेसँग अनुमति लिएर प्रोटेट तस्बिर लिन सफल भएका हुन। ‘वल्र्ड सेटर’ द होम अफ द वल्र्ड रेकर्ड नामक संस्थाले आयोजना गरेको प्रतियोगितामा पाठकले काठमाडौंमा तस्बिर खिचेका थिए।

यो तस्बिर खिच्ने कार्यक्रम भने चार वर्ष अघि अर्थात् २०७६ कात्तिक २३ मा भएको थियो। तर, आयोजक संस्थाले विश्व रेकर्ड कायम गरेको प्रमाणपत्र पाठकलाई हालै दिएको हो। पाठकले त्यस समयमा तस्बिर लिने सबै व्यक्तिसँग अनुमति लिएर खिचेका थिए।

पाठकले काठमाडौंका रत्नपार्क, सुन्धारा र वसन्तपुर लगायतका ठाउँमा पुगेर ‘पोट्रेट फोटो’ लिएका थिए। यस अघि रायन रोमबाउले सन् २००९ यो यस्तै रेकर्ड कायम गरेका पिए। पाठकले रायनको रेकर्ड तोड्दै अगाडि आएका हुन्। पाठक हाल अमेरिकामा बस्दै आएका छन् ।

नेपालगन्जमा चैत्र २१ र २२ गते हुन गइरहेको " तेस्रो नेपालगन्ज फोटो फेस्टिभल " मा अन्तरालको आयोजना र व्यवस्थापन तथा नेपालगन्ज ग्यालरीको सहकार्यमा बाँके जिल्लाको प्रतिनिधित्व हुनेगरी १०१ तस्बिरहरूको छुट्टै विशेष प्रदर्शनी गरिने भएको छ । यसमा तस्बीर खिचेका तथा खिच्ने रहर भएका जो कोही पनि सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन् ।

बाँकेका पर्यटकीय स्थल , कला संस्कृति , स्थानीय मौलिक परिकार , भेषभुषा र जीवनशैली झल्कने फोटोहरु हुनुपर्नेछ ।
एकजनाले ३ वटासम्म फोटो पठाउन सक्नेछन् ।
सामान्य क्यामेरा या मोबाईलबाट खिचिएको फोटो पनि पठाउन मिल्छ तर पठाउँदा फोटो सकभर हाइ रेजुलेसनमा र अनावश्यक एडिट नगरिएको फोटो पठाउनु पर्नेछ ।
प्रत्येक फोटोको क्याप्सन (फोटो बारे जानकारी) लेख्नुपर्नेछ ।
फोटो चैत्र १० गतेसम्म [email protected] मा पठाइसक्नु पर्नेछ ।

यो फोटो प्रतिस्पर्धा नभएर बाँकेका विविध पक्षहरूलाई तस्बिरको माध्यमबाट चिनाउने प्रयास हो । हामीले प्राप्त गरेका फोटोहरु मध्य छनौट गरेर १०१ वटा प्रदर्शनीमा राख्नेछौं । र हौसलाको लागि दुईवटा उत्कृष्ट तस्बिरलाई पुरस्कृत गर्नेछौं ।
