Down Around My Place
This is an ongoing fine art series. It has no deadline, no predefined outcome, and no commercial intent. It belongs to my heart and memories.
These photographs are not the series in its entirety, nor are they final selections. They are candidates. Part of a slow, deliberate process of looking, returning, and refining. Some will endure. Others will be left behind as the work clarifies itself.
The work stays close to where I call home. Familiar ground, revisited over decades. What matters here is not novelty, but continuity. How subtle shifts in light, season, and attention gradually reshape the image and the meaning it carries.
The series will conclude when it has said what it needs to say. Not sooner.
