Quite the adventure last night. The power went out, and we made our way to the storm shelter while the winds danced outside. When we emerged, we found six trees down across our property. One had fallen less than a foot from our home. Sometimes you don’t realize how grateful you need to be until you see what almost was.
There was also a little victory this week health wise—my ferritin levels are up 9 points since April! It may seem small to some, but I’ll celebrate every step forward. I don’t feel much difference yet but Ladies, don’t forget to check those ferritin levels. ❤️
I’m still waiting on a few test results. If you think of me, I would truly appreciate your prayers as we continue looking for answers before we make our final decision.
To my sweet clients and friends, thank you for your patience. I am still working my way through galleries and sending out as many photos as I can. The power outage has put me behind a tad today but please if you don’t have your emails or gallery by the end of the weekend please let me know. Your memories are coming, I promise. Some days my body moves a little slower than my heart would like, but I am making progress every day.
This week has been a beautiful mix of chaos and blessings—doctor’s appointments, blood draws, puppies being born, storms rolling through, and lessons in slowing down when life insists on it.
I’m learning to take this season one day, one breath, and one small victory at a time.❤️✨
