Dear Friends ❤️

Our project from last year ‘Walk the Soil’ ended rather abruptly due to lack of money, and we had to go home to work.
It was a bit sad to end the trip, but we had been hiking in beautiful nature for almost 2 months and it was packed with many adventures.
We got in contact with so many like-minded people that also felt how important it is to be outside and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. 🌿🌲🌺🏔️
We were interviewed by 5 different newspapers and were told by people we met how we have inspired them to hike more 👣

So even though we did not reach our destination of the Three-country-cairn in the far North, we reached our goal of spreading an important message and were filled with so much joy for those we could inspire ✨

And all of that was possible thanks to our beautiful sponsors and supporters ❤️🤩
We have thanked you before but wanted to thank you again.
These are experiences and memories that we carry with us, and thus the journey continues!

Walk the Soil - Day 19
The latest videos we’ve posted, we dedicated to Ismenningen Fjellstuggu because of the generous hospitality we encountered on our journey.
This video is a tribute to the owner Skjalg Ledang ❤️ this guy will meet you with a smile and if you’re lucky (we were!!), he’ll serve local food - moose stew, fried potatoes with lingonberry jam, and cloudberry cream for dessert 🤤

Walk the Soil - Day 18 part 2
Omg look at this! This mountain lodge is the most amazing place 😍 located close to Skjækerfjella/Blåfjella National Park in Snåsa, it is surrounded by beautiful nature. Stay here for a great experience and meet the most generous host Skjalg Ledang ❤️ It should be on everybody’s bucket list, for sure!

We stayed here for 2 weeks so Simon could heal his knees and feet. In return, we helped out at Ismenningen, it felt so good to give something back ❤️ Such generosity 😭🙏🏼

Walk the Soil - Day 17
Simon had a hard time getting over the mountains with swollen legs and ankles and we were in serious need of rest!
Often, when you ask for something, an opportunity presents itself. For us, it was help to get down the mountains.

A huge help to the local angles Liv Ella, Gunnar and Andreas from Snåsa ❤️ They happened to be at the right place at the right time for us ❤️😇❤️
