Throwback Thursday ~ It was 11th August 2011 when a set of eight new bells for the belfry of Ghajnsielem's Loreto Parish Church (built 1924-1978) arrived after a long trip from the Cornille-Havard bell foundry in Normandy, France 🇫🇷. They were placed on pillars on the spacious square outside the church for public display and Blessing. The biggest bell weighs 5 tonnes and is two metres in diameter, making it the second largest on the Maltese Islands - Ghajnsielem, Gozo (Malta) 🇲🇹 ⛪ 🔔 💖 ✝️.

Town-Tromsø Tuesday (3) ~ Today we take a stroll along Storgata, the main street and heart of Tromsø's shopping scene..... the pedestrian vibrant commercial street with unique shops and various dining options. Please beware that this Arctic hub is very expensive, its prices noticeably higher than even the capital city Oslo - Tromsø in Troms County, Northern Norway 🇳🇴 💙❤️ 🤗.

Special Sunday ~ Taking a trip down memory lane and delved into my vast archives to show you this awesome Dwejra Bay scene from 2007; the primary subject in the rocky frame is the natural window in the cliff, better known as the Azure Window. I took this photograph exactly ten years before the iconic world-famous landmark collapsed into stormy seas in March 2017 - Dwejra in the limits of San Lawrenz, on the west coast of Gozo (Malta) 🇲🇹 😊 🤩 💖.
