In 2003 studeert hij af aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. Hij bestudeert alles, van de groei van bacteriën tot de trek van de distelvlinder…

Deze achtergrond komt Erik goed van pas. Observeren zit biologen in de genen. Erik benut deze kwaliteit dagelijks in zijn werk als tekstschrijver en als fotograaf. Helaas voor de distelvlinder richt hij zich daarbij het liefst op de mens. Human interest

In De Steeg in Haarsteeg stonden afgelopen weekend een aantal jonge talenten op het podium van toneelvereniging . Ze brachten een mooie en bij vlagen ook hilarische uitvoering van Midzomernachtsdroom van Shakespeare! Onder regie van !

Ik mocht tijdens de voorstelling en doorloop de fotografie verzorgen.

Time travelling with Esther, pt. 3/3!
Third in the time travel trilogy... a roll of film that expired in July '68. Over half a century ago. The Beatles still had to write Hey Jude and the Stones topped the charts with Jumpin' Jack Flash...
Nerd alert: I overexposed the film for 5 to 6 stops in order to try to get something on it. And thhe developer needed for this Ektachrome color slide film isn't available anymore, so I tried developing in black and white chemistry. And it worked!
So I guess this is what would've looked like if she had been around in the year before Woodstock...
