The sun is coming back in the lab. So this week's highlight is .mjg who has quite a way of capturing the sunlight. From Thailand to Italy and even Turkey she has a way to make the ordinary feel special.

Cas started shooting analog photography in 2023. Since then he has been continuously exploring the medium, focussing mainly on observation and instinct. He is driven by capturing meaningful moments and inner feelings.

Only a few weeks until Christmas and ofcourse it is time to celebrate and be with family. We are operating with a Christmas schedule. See the post for our opening times. Turnaround times will be depended on how busy it will be. We'll be sure to communicate this at and around the break.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲!

Recently Sem joined Cameralisatie and Femke just got back from her travels through South-East Asia. The last few weeks been crazy and we couldn't be more happy. We are grateful for the incredible demand and are gearing up to meet it heads-on this week with our expanded and complete team.

As teased here and there for the past week, we want to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with you. Not only are we hosting a get-together in the evening, but during the day we want to share the festive spirit by offering you a one day only special discount on our most popular services.

During openings hours from 11:00 until 16:00 all developing and develop & scan packages of c41 and b&w will be 20% for in-store purchases.

At 16:00, we close the shop a bit earlier and we'll start prepping for the party. At 20:00 the doors are open and everybody is warmly invited to join us for drinks, snacks and music.

Even though we're really busy this week, we want to take the opportunity to have a little hangout together. So we're hosting one! This upcoming Saturday evening January 11th. We'll take care of soft drinks and a little beer, if you need more feel free to bring any.

In the space next to us, our dear friend and color grader Wietse has been operating his new studio and it is time for an official opening. He'll be showing pictures from his recent trip to Japan in his new space.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻!

Our month of renovating and moving has finally come to an end, and last Friday we celebrated this new beginning with you. We are proud of what this place is starting to look like. We're currently working on the backlog and getting back into the swing of things.

Thank you for the continued support and overall enthusiasm. We are excited for all that's to come!

The month of renovating is coming to an end and that means it is time to start this new chapter and we want to celebrate with you!

Moving update! After getting the keys the beginning of October, we've been working hard to get the new place up and running. The past few weeks have been about painting the walls, building a new one, getting the plumbing in order and starting on our dark room... Now it's time to prepare for moving the equipment and putting some character in the lab. Although completely different spaces, you'll see a lot of the old lab back in the new one. Think: more room to meet, create and showcase.

To start off right, we'll throw an openings party on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿. It will be beginning of the evening, the exact time will be announced in a future post! We are super super excited, and we hope you are too!
