Happy new year to everyone!

2025 was a great year. I’ve got some goals for 2026, one of them is pick up photography again. I missed going out with my camera so let’s see what ‘26 will bring!

This is my first serious attempt to photograph the milky way! A great night at the beach, organised by with .debruin and . We had a great night and besides the milky way we also enjoyed the perseïd meteor shower and the Northern Light! What a great experience this night was!!

Oh what a night! Last night I joined a milky way photography course by with and .debruin at the beach. After shooting the milkyway and enjoyed the meteorites in the sky suddenly the Aurora Borealis joined the party! You can imagine how thrilled we all were!

After missing out last Fridaynight I was hoping to catch a glimp of northern lights last Saturday at the beach in Petten. Not the spectacle as in so many photo’s of last Friday, but I’m happy with the result. Also had a nice evening at the beach!

After speeding a bit because I didn’t heared my alarm, I arrived just in time to catch some colour in the sky during the sunrise! Wandered around for quite some time here and enjoyed all the fresh greens of spring!
