In Part I, this playground was all about sport and movement.

But while shooting, I wanted to take the same location somewhere completely different.

Add pearls, heels and a little red - and suddenly sport becomes fashion.
Same place- Second look. Completely different energy.

That’s what I love about photography: seeing more than what is already there.

Classic sport or SPORT × FASHION - which one are you choosing?

В первой части эта площадка была про спорт и движение.

Но уже во время съёмки мне захотелось показать ту же локацию совершенно иначе.

Добавляем жемчуг, каблуки и немного красного - и спорт превращается в fashion.

То же место- Второй образ. Совершенно другая энергия.

За это я и люблю фотографию: видеть больше, чем уже находится перед глазами.

Sometimes, before moving forward, we need to grow our roots.

To slow down and hear ourselves. To understand what we really want - not what the world expects from us.

I think real confidence starts there: with an inner foundation.
When you take care of yourself, your energy, your body and your dreams.
When you make plans, set goals, but don’t lose yourself while chasing them.

Trees grow high because they have strong roots.
Maybe we do too.

Take care of your roots. Keep your dreams. And grow in your own direction. 🌿

Иногда, прежде чем двигаться вперёд, нужно укрепить свои корни.

Замедлиться и услышать себя, понять, чего действительно хочется тебе, а не чего от тебя ждут.

Мне кажется, настоящая уверенность начинается именно здесь - с внутренней опоры.
Когда ты заботишься о себе, своей энергии, теле и мечтах.
Строишь планы, ставишь цели, но не теряешь себя в погоне за ними.

Деревья растут высоко, потому что у них сильные корни.
Возможно, с нами так же.

Берегите свои корни. Не отпускайте мечты. И растите в своём направлении. 🌿

Art has always been an important part of my life.
As a creative person, I believe we need art — to feel, to get inspired, to see things differently and, of course, to create.

That’s why I was really happy to be invited by DE OPENING as a micro-influencer to discover some of Eindhoven’s cultural spots, share my own impressions and create content around them.

From 28–30 August, Eindhoven becomes the stage for the opening of the new cultural season, with 200+ events across the city - from art and music to theatre, dance, performances and workshops.

PLANS MAY CHANGE. GOALS DON’T.

In August I planned to get back to the gym twice a week.

Then, in the first week, I injured my knee.
I could have waited until it was completely fine.

Instead, I trained what I could: upper body, arms, shoulders, abs.

Yesterday I finally trained my legs again. Slowly, step by step.

A little reminder to myself:
If you can’t do everything, it doesn’t mean you can’t do something.

Don’t postpone yourself.

В августе я решила вернуться в зал минимум два раза в неделю.

И в первую же неделю травмировала колено.

Можно было ждать, пока всё полностью пройдёт. Но вместо этого я тренировала то, что могла: верх, руки, плечи, пресс.

А вчера наконец снова сделала тренировку на ноги. Постепенно, шаг за шагом.

Напоминание самой себе:
Если сейчас не можешь всё, это не значит, что не можешь сделать хоть что-то.💪🏼

Не откладывай себя.
