I DID IT!

The first cold plunge of the year, without a sauna to warm up afterwards 😬

At the beginning of the year, I made a vision board, and one of the things I added was stepping further out of my comfort zone. Taking cold plunges was one of those things. I’d done them before when there was a sauna afterwards to warm up in, but today I took my first cold plunge without the comfort of a sauna afterwards. And I LOVED IT (and yes… the water was still very cold).

I generally really (like really) don’t like cold water, so this felt like a big one.

Such a dopamine boost.

Can’t wait for the next one.

Whooops this past has lived in my concepts for almost a month 🙈. Well… I guess, better post it late, then not at all 😂

The last three months have been filled with beautiful nature. I already knew it, but this winter only confirmed it: Stockholm isn’t just a city, the nature around it is breathtaking. Swipe through the carousel to see the magic of the Stockholm Archipelago for yourself!

Now that our time in Stockholm has come to an end, it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on all the locations we’ve visited.

For this carousel, I had to pick just 20 photos, but here are some highlights:

🇸🇪 Stendörren
🇸🇪 Björnö
🇸🇪 Kalkbro
🇸🇪 Gålo Nature Reserve
🇸🇪 Oaxen

We explored way more than this, and all these locations will be added to the Sweden travel map! Comment ‘Swedenmap’ and I’ll send the link straight to your DMs.

Can’t wait to keep exploring!

Dreams do come true ❤️

Four years ago, it all started with one decision… taking a chance on a life I could only imagine back then. Since that moment, life has been filled with experiences I once thought were out of reach… and somehow, they became my reality.

Traveling, running and growing a business at the same time… and somewhere in between all of that, finding a place that truly feels like home.

“You only run out of chances when you stop taking them.”

Here’s to every chance taken that turned into something beautiful ✨

My perfect Sunday is simple.
Fresh air, a quiet spot in nature, and a small campfire crackling in the background.

A thermos filled with tea, sausages grilling over the fire (the Swedish way 😜) and the kind of conversations that only seem to happen when you’re outside.

No rush. No noise. Just time well spent with good company.

Honestly… I can’t think of a better way to spend the day. 🔥🌲☕

What does your perfect Sunday look like?

Traffic jam… Swedish edition. 🦌❄️

Just a reindeer casually walking on the road like it’s the most normal thing in the world.

This is one of the things I love about exploring Sweden, you never really know what you’ll run into.

As an outdoor photographer, I spend my days chasing these moments. The wild, the unexpected, the quiet in-between scenes that tell the real story of life up here in the North.

If you love raw nature, slow adventures, and behind-the-scenes from exploring Sweden, follow along 👉🏻.

It’s cold. It’s uncomfortable. It challenges you.
And that’s exactly why it’s magical. ✨

Winter in Sweden isn’t always easy, freezing temperatures, deep snow, short days… it can feel intense if you’re not prepared.

But if you want to experience the best winter spots (yes, including places perfect for an icy dip 😉), I’ve gathered them in my Sweden Outdoor Map to make your adventure a lot easier.

Comment “Swedenmap” and I’ll send you the link. ❄️

The past few days finally gave us some sunshine here in Stockholm, and wow, I didn’t realize how much I needed that feeling of sun on my face again. After weeks (months?😱) of grey skies, it felt like the perfect excuse to head out into the Stockholm Archipelago for a hike.

Together with .nl, I explored this beautiful nature reserve and we walked a 5 km loop. And honestly… I was so surprised by how much variety we found in just those five kilometers.

The trail loops around the island, with one part facing south and the other north. Because of that, it felt like we were hiking through two different seasons in one afternoon. On the south side, it felt like spring. Almost no snow, warmth, and A LOT OF SUNSHINE 🌞🫶🏻. But once we crossed over to the north side, we stepped right back into winter. Snow and ice everywhere.

I loved every bit of it.

How freaking cool is this!

Today I walked on the frozen Baltic Sea in the Stockholm Archipelago and got this amazing view. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, winter in Sweden never stops surprising me 🤍
