Here’s why I lead with my education, not my camera:
I studied conceptual design and trendwatching — at St. Joost and Fontys - before I picked up a camera professionally.
That training taught me to read a brand’s identity before I read its lighting. To spot the one material detail that carries a room’s whole story. To predict what a guest will feel before they’ve stepped inside.
Photographers who build real careers with hospitality brands work from that same foundation:
1. Understanding the brand’s identity, not just its interior
2. Translating that identity into a consistent visual language
3. Delivering images built to convert browsing into booking
